We started with one sore shoulder

Onuva began in a small Alabama apartment in 2019, after our founder spent six months rehabbing a rotator cuff with a tennis ball and a rolled-up towel. The gear she could actually afford fell apart. The gear that lasted was priced like gym equipment. There was very little in between.

What we make

We build a short, deliberate list of physical tools for recovery and rest — things you touch every day. We do not sell pills, powders, or programs. We would rather make twelve things well than a hundred things adequately.

• Everything is tested by our team for at least eight weeks before launch
• Material composition and fill origin are printed on every listing
• We reorder proven items instead of chasing new drops

Where we are going

Slowly. We add two or three products a year, usually because a customer emailed asking for something specific. If you have an idea for what belongs in a calm evening routine, we read every message.
